Book a discovery callI don’t believe therapy is about “fixing” people. I believe it’s about creating a space where you can be fully human — imperfect, evolving, and still worthy of love and belonging. My work begins from the belief that pain isn’t something to be erased; it’s a part of the story that shapes who we are becoming.
Before I was a therapist, I moved between the corporate world and the study of psychology, learning firsthand how stress and identity take shape in modern life. I know what it’s like to feel split between roles, expectations, and inner longings. That understanding is what I carry into the therapy room — an openness to the contradictions we all live with, and a commitment to walking alongside people as they navigate life’s messiness.
In my sessions, I bring warmth, depth, and a conversational spirit. Clients often tell me they feel at ease quickly — not because the work is easy, but because the space is real. Whether we’re untangling old attachment wounds, exploring intimacy, unpacking grief, or making sense of ADHD, I see therapy as a collaborative journey back to your own voice. I’m here to witness you as you are, without rushing you toward some “better” version of yourself.
I draw from Existential-Humanistic Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Art Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and, when it serves the client, CBT or DBT tools. My style is intuitive and integrative — I follow what’s alive in the room, whether that’s deep relational work, creative exploration, or finding language for emotions that have gone unnamed.
I work with adults and couples, supporting people through:
Relational & sexual well-being
Breakups, boundary challenges, intimacy concerns, queer relationships.
Emotional health & identity
Anxiety, mood shifts, low self-worth, life transitions, identity exploration.
Grief, trauma & neurodivergence
Loss, complex trauma, relational wounds, ADHD, emotional regulation.
