Book a discovery callI believe therapy is a space where you can feel safe, heard, and accepted just as you are. My role is to offer a compassionate and collaborative environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with curiosity.
A key focus of my work is helping you strengthen your sense of self — understanding who you are, what matters to you, and how to express your needs with care. I support clients in setting healthy boundaries, improving how they communicate, and building relationships that feel more secure and fulfilling.
Whether you’re working through relationship challenges, family dynamics, or a period of change, I try to help you approach these experiences with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion — making space for growth that actually lasts.
I work with young adults, supporting people through:
Relationships & family
Relationship challenges, family dynamics, boundary setting.
Stress & self-worth
Stress and anxiety management, confidence building, procrastination.
Transitions
Life transitions, academic and career pressure, questions of identity and expectation.
