Book a discovery callI work slowly and conversationally, and I understand therapy as a relationship rather than a procedure. My practice is non-carceral, non-pathologising, and anti-oppressive: I don’t believe people need correcting.
Much of what gets named as disorder is a reasonable response to abuse, systemic harm, and being disbelieved. I hold that context in the room, and I work from a liberation-based, social-justice-oriented frame — particularly with queer people and with women navigating a system that has rarely taken them at their word.
My areas of expertise:
Trauma & abuse
Trauma-related work, abuse, and the aftermath of systemic harm.
Illness, disability & neurodiversity
Chronic illness, disability, and neurodiversity.
Queer & women’s mental health
A specialism in queer mental health and women’s mental health.
